Are you looking to start your career in sales and business development at a growing tech startup? We are a small team looking to bring on an intern with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn! They will work hand in hand with the Sales and Marketing team to qualify and prospect leads. This is an ideal position for an enthusiastic, dedicated college student or recent grad looking to break into software sales or with prior sales development experience. This role is a critical component of the CampusGroups’ Sales team. As such, you will have the opportunity to be closely mentored and developed by the Founder and CEO.
What You’ll Do:
Generate qualified opportunities through research, calls, emails, networking, and referrals
Identify the best outbound sales targets
Report on our prospecting performance and identify potential optimizations
Research and execute strategies to generate inbound leads
Assist in creating marketing collateral
Prospecting for new clients via both phone calls and emails at high volume with an eye toward exceeding expectations
Who You Are:
BA/BS degree student, or similar
Strong communication skills over both phone and email
Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach
Strong desire and ability to succeed within an organization
Driven, polished, and infectiously positive
