Managing students' privacy just got easier
Student privacy is of the utmost importance to us and to all of our campus partners. To help school’s manage confidential information, we’ve developed a feature to allow administrators to set custom privacy settings for all their students.
Maybe your school would like to hide students’ year of graduation. It only takes one click. You decide which fields should be hidden from the student profiles: custom configuration by default.
Select the data you want to share on student profiles
Administrators can customize the fields that are displayed on the student profiles and completely hide any fields they choose in their administration settings under field permissions. Students can then login, go to settings and manually decide what they wish to include or not from their student profile pages.
