To Elena Engles, a second-year student at the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, one of the greatest benefits of attending an on-campus MBA program is the chance to make life-changing connections. "I got my job by showing up at the right place and talking to the right person," she says. "Providing these kinds of opportunities is my key focus."

Juan Salem is the co-chair of two groups at the Yale School of Management: the Technology Club, and the Marketing Club. Running two groups requires a lot of work, but Juan and the rest of his fellow club leaders have it down to a system with CampusGroups — all while staying focused on the bigger picture.  "Our clubs are there to enrich the student experience," says Juan.

Student groups large and small face a similar set of challenges: recruiting new members, keeping current members engaged, planning successful events, and more. But depending on a group's size, the strategies used to solve those problems can vary dramatically. Nolan Chao, a second-year student at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, thinks about these questions from multiple angles.
