2020 was certainly a year like no other. We’re very proud to support our campuses during a challenging and innovative year and are excited to share some of our great engagement numbers from 2020, as well as lots of exciting things to come in 2021!

2020 Highlights
Despite being an incredibly challenging year for campus communities worldwide, COVID-related restrictions didn't stop students from safely connecting and engaging, with enormous thanks to the incredible creativity, coordination and innovation seen from campus leaders like you!
We were thrilled to welcome 1 million new CampusGroups students this year! Students at our partner campuses, including 136,000 new officers and 220,000 new group members, got active & involved with 41,000 different groups in 2020.
189,000 in-person, remote and hybrid events were created in 2020, with over 1.8 million registrations and 800,000 check-ins. With remote-inclusiveness at the forefront of events management, it's perhaps no surprise that 38% of events created in CampusGroups were online!
35 million emails were sent, $3.2 million in payments were made, and 16,000 surveys were created to engage community members. And they did get engaged... Over half a million surveys were answered, including 185,000 using survey logics.
Efficiency is key in these unprecedented times! Administrators were saving time and resources by streamlining approval processes in 2020, efficiently processing 29,000 group approvals, 38,000 event approvals, and 10,000 payment requests!
Virtual Fairs Highlights
For our first year implementing this new feature, we were proud to help 96 campuses host 212 virtual fairs! Student leaders hosted 16,000 virtual booths, welcoming 116,000 fair participants who made 618,000 booth visits online!!! Group officers got creative to engage their campus and organized 9,000 video conferences through CampusGroups, hosting 47,000 participants, and started over 128,000 chat conversations!

New Career Center Module & Job Board Enhancements
The CampusGroups career features connect students to companies' opportunities and match recruiters with interested talents, with a robust suite of tools to boost students' careers, match their goals, facilitate job postings for recruiters and help career management services ease their processes.
This year, we are happy to announce that we have packaged all career features into a new Career Module, and added capabilities and enhancements including:
You now have the ability to create companies (which don't contribute to your community groups count) & recruiters (as users who don't count towards totals).
Utilize approval workflows and access specialized dashboards for companies.
Download a Resume Book from a precise list of students.
Campuses with unlimited Virtual Fairs can take advantage of key enhancements at no extra cost, to be able to host a career fair, facilitate interview scheduling including meeting booking for one-on-ones, post jobs to the fair, allow students to submit resumes and apply for open positions directly from the fair, and allow administrators to create a resume book to share with employers of all attendees.

This year we published 25 beautiful dedicated mobile apps - each a completely customized, contained and curated experience for their community.
CampusGroups Mobile Apps are branded to match their campus and create a more seamless connection with community members. Our drag & drop App Builder tool makes it fast & efficient for school administrators to easily customize and update their app any time — no coding required!
New Crew, New Campuses, New Communities
We're expanding! Check out some exciting updates about the company and how we've been expanding in 2020!
We've welcomed 84 new campuses, including Stanford, Princeton and Yale -- CampusGroups is now implemented at 20 of the top 30 national universities (USNews)!
Five new types of communities have joined the CampusGroups family: Law Schools, Community Colleges, Pharmacy Schools, Alumni Communities, and Career Services!
CampusGroups is now hosted in four separate datacenters in the world: United States, Europe, Canada and Australia.
We added 11 new members to the CampusGroups team, and we're hiring 20 more this year! Check out our job postings and feel free to share.
