Expanded Reach with Interventions+
Our Interventions+ solution is a dynamic tool that takes student communication from reactive to proactive. It enables campus partners to proactively respond to student needs throughout the student journey, contributing to student retention.
Using student-initiated automated workflows, administrators can check the pulse of their students during the academic year. This can be done in any number of critical areas. Most often, student disengagement occurs in these four areas:

Based on a studentโs responses, Interventions+ workflows can be set up to automatically connect students with the resources they need. The automated workflows can address the top issues that lead to student disengagement and other behaviors that result in students dropping out. This allows institutions to make more efficient use of their in-person and on-site resources.
Centralize with Room Reservations
Our new room reservations module enables campus community members to book facilities. Available natively on web and mobile applications, this feature was developed in partnership with Columbia Business School.
Previously, Columbia Business School accessed 25Liveโs room reservation system through an integration. However, students and staff did not find the system user friendly and wanted something more cutting-edge.
To streamline processes, we built our own room reservation tool, also known as โRoomsโ. This improved the student experience for our campus partner. It also resulted in cost savings as Columbia Business School sunset 25Live. Other campuses are now using the module, which we are expanding to include desk reservations.
Connect with Digital Campus ID
Our new digital Campus ID module helps campuses transition away from physical ID cards. With a QR code, and option to include a campus provided barcode, the ID can be scanned across campus to access buildings, rooms, events.
This feature upgrade was developed as part of IE Universityโs digital strategy, enabling the university to go paperless. The new module offers a more flexible layout. The ID is also customizable, with different formats for students and staff.
This revamp provides cost savings and helps with tracking and reporting. Campus partners can now add this feature to their mobile app with a single drag and drop. To further facilitate access, in 2023 we will add this feature to mobile wallets.
Communicate & Collaborate with Fundraising
This feature enables campus community members to fundraise. Student clubs and organizations can collect dues or donations. They can also create a campaign and raise money for a cause or project.
Raising funds is also a core goal of alumni relations and advancement teams. Therefore, this module is a key component of our alumni management offering.
The ability to do everything within one system, provides a better user experience. It also gives more visibility into campaigns and programs.
Previously student and alumni teams used external systems such as GoFundMe and alumni donation platforms to fundraise. Using an internal system enables better analytics. This is because more data points feed into the system and can be used for tracking and reporting.
Engage with Microsoft Teams Integration
Our meeting scheduler module is now integrated with Microsoft Teams. This enables campus community members to generate a unique Microsoft Teams link when booking someoneโs calendar.
Our meeting scheduler module already integrates with Zoom. However, this new integration makes our meeting scheduler module accessible to more users.
This feature is used for Connection Programs, including mentoring and networking. It also serves individual users on the platform. In addition to creating efficiencies, this new integration provides a better user experience.
