Virtual Fairs: Latest Enhancements and Tools (Importing Booths, Filtering Options, Branding Customizations)

We’re excited to share a quick update on the newest tools and enhancements we've added to Virtual Involvement Fairs!
Just a few quick reminders:
As every school and every fair is unique, it can be very helpful for your students to show them what they are looking at when entering the fair. We recommend taking some screenshots of your fair and sharing with students before the fair begins!
You might also wish to remind group officers that they can see in Members/Contacts list everyone who clicked the interest button in the fair -- a great way to keep track and keep in touch with prospective members!
After the fair ends, administrators can also access post-fair data and pull reports from the participants list.
Here's what's new this week for Virtual Fairs:
To optimize booth creation and help group leaders, Officers can now automatically import a booth from another fair, eliminating the hassle of having to rebuild booths for each fair. Use the new dropdown at the top of Booth Settings to select a Fair. (If you've already begun working on your booth, please note that this option will overwrite any existing content.)
New filtering options are available to help Virtual Fair administrators manage all booths more efficiently. This allows you to view all Activated or Not Activated booths and use new Activate and Deactivate buttons to select and update a large number of booths all at once.
Apply your school’s own branding by customizing the color of the top bar & buttons in your Fair! (This can be changed from the default purple color in your Fair Settings.)
CampusGroups Mobile App Builder now allows you to easily drag & drop your Virtual Fair widget in the app to automatically add your Virtual Fair on mobile.
In the listing of participants, Officers can now retrieve the students who participated in their group's live video conference.
